Shontele Redeaux, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Owner

My name is Shontele Redeaux, I have worked in the HOA Management industry for twenty-four (25) years. I started Signature Association Management in 2016 with the sole purpose of providing quality customer service at a reasonable price. In addition, I am a firm believer in transparency and felt that was a key element missing in many management companies. My job is to work with the Board to bring their list of desired projects to fruition.

Now let me introduce you to the rest of the Signature Association Management Staff:

Laura Walker
Assistant Manager

Laura has worked in the HOA Management industry for nine (9) years. Four (4) of those years have been with Signature Association Management. Laura is bi-lingual, she speaks, reads and writes Spanish fluently. Laura is an Assistant Manager who works directly with me to obtain bids, submit work orders and assist homeowners face-to-face, over the phone or by email. Laura also works directly with the Association’s Attorney concerning deed restriction infractions.

Carolina Hernandez
Assistant Manager

Carolina recently joined the Signature Association Management team. Carolina is bi-lingual, she speaks, reads and writes Spanish fluently. Carolina is an Assistant Manager who works to obtain bids, submit work orders and assist homeowners face-to-face, over the phone or by email. Carolina also process incoming mail and orders office supplies.

Marlene Maya
AP/AR Manager

Marlene has worked in the HOA Management industry for seven (7) years. Three (3) of those years have been with Signature Association Management. Marlene is bi-lingual, she speaks, reads and writes Spanish fluently. Marlene handles all account payables and account receivables. Marlene also assists homeowners face-to-face, over the phone or by email. Marlene works directly with the Associations attorney to ensure delinquent accounts are actively processing through the attorney’s system.

Claudia Cantu
Compliance Coordinator Manager

Claudia has worked in the HOA Management industry for seven (7) years. Claudia recently joined the Signature Association Management team but has worked for me at a different management company for three (3) years. Claudia is bi-lingual, she speaks, reads and writes Spanish fluently. Claudia works in the deed restriction department, performing inspections, reviewing common areas and processing home improvement applications.

Compliance Coordinator

Halle has worked in the HOA Management industry for two (2) years. With both years being with Signature Association Management. Halle works in the deed restriction department, performing inspections and reviewing common areas.
